Change Our Future seeks to empower people through education, advocacy, and awareness in the areas of youth development, healthy lifestyles, and community enrichment.
Their passion is to collaboratively eliminate barriers seen in healthcare, education, and civic engagement by advancing programs, opportunities and resources that give youth, families, and communities a path toward a healthy and hopeful future.
Change our Future pillars of success includes youth development, education, health & wellness, and community empowerment. Rodney and Erika have developed programs for each pillar that addresses the needs of the community.
Meet Rodney & Erika McLeod…
Rodney and Erika are both graduates of the prestigious University of Virginia. They are both extremely passionate for giving back to their communities and inspiring anyone they come in contact with. Each program and event that they are a part of they strive to give their best selves and to break all barriers.
Both are products of positive mentors and support. They believe wholeheartedly in the importance of inspiring, growing, and developing the next generation by bridging the gaps no matter their backgrounds. Rodney and Erika’s involvement in Change our Future is currently impacting Philadelphia, Prince George’s County, MD, Camden and Trenton, NJ. They hope to expand beyond those city lines and reach as many youth as they can.
